I had 1100+ points and they disappeared!!

Wow Sephora! I’ve been a customer for many many years, prior to when you came to Canada where I live. This last year has been awful - and quite honestly I haven’t needed to wear any/buy any new makeup for obvious lockdown related reasons. Now that I’m getting back into the game again I see my accumulated points have been removed...which quite honestly deeply disappoints me. I understand that all businesses have been impacted by the lockdown but would hope you could have some compassion and reinstate the points for the little people like myself. 
I look forward to your response.

Hi @suepm,

 

Points only expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a perk or the birthday gift. I'll take a look into this then send you a PM.
