I got wrong item in my order

I ordered foreo fofo in mint color but I got fuschia one. I bought it as a gift for a friend that was in town. But she was back to her country before I could get it exchange. I already have a foreo device so I don’t need this one. Can I get refund now? Will they make it difficult for me to return incorrect item that is not my fault?
