I got a unsuccessful authorization, why?

I had an order few days ago in rouge 80. And I don’t know why it’s unsuccessful authorization? Does it mean I have to buy again? But I will not have the discount anymore

Hi, I have the same problem as you... This is my first time buying online and this happened. I wanted to have it for a special occasion in December, if it takes too much time then I will get a reimbursement and buy from elsewhere:(
