I didn't receive the free samples with my order. I was asked to pick 3 samples but never got them shipped.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't get your free samples.  I've noticed that if you go into your shopping cart, pick your samples and then decide to go back to browse, it will eliminate the samples you picked.  So, that is one way in which you may have accidentally submitted your order without the request of the free samples.  Another possibility is that they just didn't have any samples available or whoever put together your order just forgot about adding them.  I've experienced in the past receiving samples that I didn't request and not getting the ones I wanted.  So, most likely it's human error.  I hope this is helps in understanding what may have happened.  Hopefully you don't experience it again.
