I didn't receive samples with my orders?

What is wrong with Sephora ? I placed three separate orders in three different occasions and I didn't receive my samples. How is that possible? I feel so disrespected why they let me select samples if they won't ship it? I feel like I don't want to shop at Sephora anymore I'm a VIB and that's how I'm treated as a costumer. Sorry about the rant I'm just extremely frustrated

Same here. I didn't receive any samples, not even random replacements. When I emailed customer service, I got a canned, "we can't guarantee you'll ever get any free samples" schtick. Why bother offering them if we never receive them? Seems like a bait-and-switch to me.
