I didn't receive my order.

Hello, my problem is that I ordered some items almost three weeks ago, and the status says that it's on it's way. It also says "Delivered to Agent for Final Delivery", two weeks ago, and however I didn't received it. I'm worried because if I want to order something else I won't be sure if I'm going to receive it.
