I didn’t receive free samples

Hi,

 

I put an order in recently and I was supposed to get a free sample with a $30 order and 2 other samples that were put into my cart.

I never get the two samples I request with my order. I tend to only get one sample as well.. and it’s never the one I requested.

Same.  Sephora samples are the ultimate form of gaslighting.

Hi same here I ordered 2 samples and I didn’t get either one I was so disappointed 😭
