I didn’t get my points

I had recently shopped in-store at a Sephora and spent about $85. When I went to go pay, the cashier asked if I had a beauty insider account and I said yes and gave her my phone number and email. I went there on Monday and it is now Thursday and the points and receipt don’t show up anywhere on my profile. Just wondering if anyone can help me get those. I still have a paper receipt
