I didn’t get any sample I picked again...

Hello, Sephora. You’re one of my favorite online shopping malls but I need to talk about the sample crisis again. I didn’t get any 3 samples I picked. Instead I got only one random sample of Laura Mercier foundation. Why does it happen all the time? It’s my 3rd experiences out of 6 orders in 3 weeks. Is it because I registered 2 day shipping? If so, could I cancel it so that I can get samples I picked? Thank you!

I'm so sorry that you did not receive your 3 selected samples and understand this can be disappointing. Substitutions will be made for samples that are unavailable at the time of order fulfillment, and I truly apologize that your samples were missing altogether. Please note that FLASH 2-day shipping will not affect complimentary samples in orders. I'll send you a private message shortly to assist. Thank you!
