I did not receive my card

I applied the Sephora credit card 2 weeks ago and I got approved instantly. But I never received my original card from the mail. Who should I contact or call? I tried to purchase my stuff online but the temporary card doesn’t work and my 25% off is about to expired. I’m so mad right now and I don’t know what to do. Can someone help me?
