I'd like to ask for an exchange.

I bought a shadow palette of Tarte with powder and blusher today on 5th Avenue. When I came back to the hotel and opened it, the shadow palette was broken. Since the product has never been impacted and the products that were purchased together are not affected, it is believed that there was a problem even before the purchase. I want to get exchanged if possible.
