Hi! Can you help me? I can't use my reward points, it seems like all the products are blocked and I can't add them to the card. Thank you!

@KaterinK I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble! Can you please try updating your region from the US to Canada and back to the US? This will typically fix this issue. If you are on our app, you can switch the region by going to your profile and scrolling down to app settings. If you are on a mobile or desktop browser, you should be able to update the region on the basket page
