I cant login in , in my pc, only on my phone, and I have been using the same email and password..what should I do?

also, how can I use my birthday discount ?

my birthday is tomorrow and I cant log in or buy anything

I can't log in to my account on my phone. It says there's something wrong, and I'm not receiving the email to reset my password either. I tried using Safari and Google Chrome, but it doesn't work — it only works on my computer. How can I recover my account? 😞
