I can't use my international credit card, is this discrimination??

I'm travelling in the states and wanted to purchase some makeups online..

Upon checking out, I added my credit card and the issue came up with billing address as I couldn't select my country.

I tried using PayPal, unfortunately it doesn't work as well.

I contacted Customer Service, they only told me to change payment method or use a gift card.

To purchase a gift card, guess what? I need to use my international credit card LOL
