I can't submit reviews for products

I can't submit reviews for products

I have tried to submit a review and i get a "submission error try later" message. waited two days and it still gives me the same msg on both mobile and desktop.

@RadKennster, I see your fragrance review was submitted on 2/21/25 and it's currently pending. In general, it can take up to 72 hours for reviews to publish on the site once they are submitted. You would not be able to submit another review for the same product. If you need any additional assistance, please let us know. Thank you!

I am having the same issue. It keeps saying it can't submit and to check my internet connection. I've tried on mobile and desktop and restarting the app. Nothing is working.

@umlitste, I'm sorry to learn you're unable to leave a product review due to this error. Can you please clear the cookies and cache on your browser? You may need to look up how to do this on your specific device and browser. If the issue persists afterwards, can you please also check if you're able to submit a review through the Sephora app?
