I can't submit product reviews

Hi!

I like to read reviews of products I want to try and write reviews of product I use. I'm not sure why but I can't submit reviews anymore. Sometimes it works for a few times, sometimes it only works on the App other times only on the website. But I can't do it anywhere now. I keep getting the following message:

An error occurred during the submission process, please retry at a later time.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this? Someone from the Sephora team reached out to me a few months ago to try to solve it but still not working...

@catalana87 I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble! Can you please let us know which item you are attempting to review?

The last time I tried it was the Tower28 powder blush. Thank you!

@catalana87, thank you for your response! On the browser, can you please clear your cookies and cache? You may need to look up how to do this on your device. On the app, can you please try uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it with the latest app version? If the issue persists afterwards, we will be happy to look into it further for you. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
