I can’t reclaim my rewards

Hi,I’m trying to redeem rewards,the app is not allow me,and I have 800 points and the politics said that o can get the rewards without a purchase.

i did a buy yesterday but it didn’t show me anything,I don’t know what is happening with the app,I have this problem since last month

My apologies! A $25 purchase is required to redeem rewards if they are less than 750 points. Individual rewards that are 750 points to 100,000 points do not require a purchase.
