I can't checkout!

I tried ordering a total of 1000 points in rewards by itself but ever time i press check out it says error you must have merchandise or a reward of 750 or up

It sounds like you're trying to redeem multiple point perks which add up to 1000 points. Point perks that are 750 points or more ship free but you can't add smaller point perks or purchase items in the same order; you can only redeem larger point perks to ship free. Smaller point perks (100, 250, or 500 point perks) don't ship freeno matter how many you add to your cart so you can't checkout with just those perks on their own. You can add them when you are purchasing items. 

If this isn't the case, and I've misunderstood, please clarify the situation and hopefully one of the mods will be able to assist you later!
