I can’t afford the same day subscription

Hi, I’m really sorry about this but I meant to delete the subscription before the charge date. Because I started the free trial on the 19th I expected to be charged on the 19th and I was planning to cancel it today. But I saw the notification telling me that I had already been charged. The blame is on me for getting the date wrong. I canceled the subscription completely and I am hoping to get a refund since this literally just happened 30 minutes ago. I really can’t afford to lose that type of money right now. I also don’t use sephora online enough for this to be beneficial for me, I only got same day shipping because of Christmas gifts. Please help!

You must cancel the free trial within the 30 day trial period to avoid being charged. I'll look into this and I'll send you a message.
