I am very disappointed!!!!

I asked for my order to be canceled and they still shipped it I’m nothappy I don’t want it that is why I canceled it I can’t get to a Sephora store I’m very mad about this NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK UTS BOT MY FAULT THEY SHIPPED IT AFTER I SAID CANCEL IT I AM EXTREMELY PISSED OFF!!!!
