I accidently put the wrong address on my order

Hello,

I just placed an order and accidently selected my old address. I contacted Sephora customer service, the first person I spoke to said they cant make changes that they will put a cancel request but the order might still get sent out. then I called again and they said to call back once I have my tracking number. can anyone please help?

I took a closer look at your order, and it does, indeed, look like someone put in a request to cancel it.  If they are able to, you will receive an email letting you know, or if it ships you will also receive an email.  Feel free to send me a private message if you need further assistance.

Thanks for responding Kevin!

What do you recommend me doing if it ships out?

I really don't want that to happen because I no longer live in that old address so I wont be able to collect the package. I also would like to place my order again but would like to know if I will be getting a refund.
