I accidentally ordered the wrong shade!

Hi my name is Kenzie-Rose Brazzale and I accidentally ordered the wrong shade of a product I just bought. I ordered the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder. I accidentally ordered it in medium deep. HOWEVER, I meant to order it in very fair to medium and I need it in very fair to medium. Please let me know what you can do, thanks! Also just an FYI the nickname was random, it wouldn't let me pick anything else hahaha.

Hi @RESDFJEGNjoe, sorry to hear that! Once you receive the product, you are welcome to mail it back for a refund and re-order the correct shade, or exchange it in your local store. I hope this helps!
