I STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED

I bought a 2 perfumes, not once, but FOUR times and the Sephora website keeps canceling the order. I already called the credit card service and they told me that the problem wasn’t with them, because the order was approved by the card, but you guys canceled it. I’m so pissed, nobody tells me why, please let me know what happened

I placed several. I placed all of those because the order kept going wrong.
