I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER ONLINE AND SEPHORA REFUSED TO REFUND OR RE DELIVERED MY ORDER.

I placed an order thru online before Christmas. Upon checking out saying if i join and get approved with ther credit card i will gonna get a big discount on my cart. So i did and get approved. The expected arrival of my order 23rd of December. They never came the next day 24th of December we are not at home and went to my inlaws to celebrate Christmas. I received an email saying my order Was delivered. But when we get home at night I didn’t see any package from Sephora and check our front and back off our home. I called their customer service and explained what happened and they just told me they can’t give a reshipment or either a refund because the item is mark delivered. Now i can’t even dispute the charge because the creditcard is Sephora also. And i’ve read a lot complaints to them that has the same situations that i had. This is how they ruined my Christmas.
