I LOST ALL OF MY POINTS!

I just checked my account which used to have almost 6,000 points and I was devastated to see that they are all gone! What happened? Is there any way to get them back? I am so sad, I have been saving those points for years and they’re the only reason I keep going back to Sephora. Otherwise there is an Ulta closer to where I live that would be easier to shop at. Someone please help!

Sorry, for all clients points will expire if the account is inactive for 12 consecutive months. To keep the account active, you must make a purchase, or redeem a reward, or the birthday gift, online or in store within a year. I'll look into this and I'll send you a message.
