Hi. I forgot to add samples upon check out. My total bill was around $113. And then Sephora is having a free 5 samples promo. Can I add my chosen 5 samples to my order? if so, my chosen samples are the following:

Stila bb cream
Bobbi brown Hydrating Face Cream
Nara Pro-Prime Primer
Clinique Even Better Eyes

please address to this immediately. Badly want those samples. 😞

i saw a similiar post here having the same issue as mine. and one beauty advisor gave her 100 bonus beauty points so she can get one deluxe sample. how come i don't get the same treatment? this is unfair. it's my first time to puechase in sephora.

Hi CzaCee Unfortunately we aren't able to send samples outside of your order. If you are near one of our stores, a Cast Member will be will be happy to make you a sample.

Sorry! Sephora isn't able to change an order once it has been placed. They have always been like that unfortunately.
