Hung up on 3 times?

Has anyone else had this issue with the customer service number, I am trying to see if this is a common occurrence or if they are having technical issues. The first time I called I was put on hold and disconnected before anyone picked up. The second time I was connected to Samantha who put me on and off hold wheil trying to figure out my issue, before being disconnected on hold. The thrid time I was disconnected on hold before anyone picked up again?
