How to use 15% off discount code???

I'm confused on the notifications it says to use code: A7WNPATFM to get 15% off for spending $50 (or whatever it was) during February. I dont see a place to enter it!! Does it automatically apply or did I miss seeing it somewhere or what to I do?? Help!! THANKS!!
