How to tag a product when posting a picture in the gallery!

So I post a picture in the gallery.  Then I write a description ( or story) to go with my picture.  Then I want to tag the products I used. I hit tag and it starts the search process.  Sometimes I write out the whole damn product name and it says no search results found. WTF.  I bought the product at Sephora.  Its in there website.  I can find it on there website but there search results can't find it when im trying to tag it. F@#$!!!!!!!!!!!. Driving me crazy. Does anyone have a tip to help me with finding product so I can tag them. I see other people posting pictures with tons of tags Im lucky if I can get one. This is in the gallery.  In the community groups conversation I don't have any problems.  Just the gallery.

@sissyboi72 I'm sorry to hear that! Can you please provide an example of an item you unable to tag and what you are typing into to the search so we can look into this further?

@sissyboi72 Can you let me know what you were typing in and what type of device you are using? I just tried typing in "Slip Tint" and "Gloss Bomb Universal" and both came up right away on my computer.

I was using my smart phone.  Samsung.  I tried both those to slip tint and gloss bomb Universal  it wouldn't work.  @keelybt

@sissyboi72 Thanks for confirming! Are you on the app (if so, what is the version number) or a mobile browser (if so which one)? and what model phone do you have? Also, if you can provide a picture of the search with the product not coming up that would be very helpful.

So it's been 24 hours since I posted the picture to the gallery and the picture still hasn't posted.  So I went somewhere were I know I got really good connection.  I tried again.  This time everything seems to work good. I was able to tag all the items.  It might of been a connection problem with my cell phone.  The main thing is everything I tried to tag worked this time. I just posted the Pic. See wut happens. @keelybt
