How to redeem free makeover

I just reached VIB status and chose the 2 free makeovers for my tier gift. I click ‘book now’ in the email with the code for the makeovers, and am taken to a page for ‘MAKEUP DELUXE: The Full-Face Makeover’ but it keeps saying no appointments are available!! Is the one I mention the same makeover as ‘Full Face Makeup’? How do I redeem my free makeovers?

I apologize for the trouble! Yes the Full Face Makeover and the Makeup Deluxe would be complimentary with the voucher. It sounds like no appointments are available at this time and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I recommend checking alternative dates/locations, or please contact the store directly for more information about their availability. Thank you!
