How to leave review for amazing associate

I had an INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE with an associate named Javon (not 100% on the spelling) at the Sephora location in the Alamo heights quarry today and I don’t ever leave reviews but they were so amazing I had too. I had a receipt where they had circled where to leave a review since I asked but I accidentally threw it away so now I’m trying to figure out  where to leave my review. I cannot emphasize enough how kind, patient and personable Javon was, a very rare and special employee that deserves to be recognized for providing such an amazing experience, hope someone can help me figure out how to give this feedback to the store, thank u !!

I contact with customer service 2 days ago about not reserving any samples they closed my account, I won't buy anything else from this people for rest of my life and try to stop my friends and family from shopping with this scam bad business, Sephora you are noting but the shame
