How to get sephora birthday gift

My birthday was last month and I didn’t get to go to sephra so I didn’t get my birthday gift can i still get it when i order online?):

Normally, you have to order it online during your birthday month, @Nuage20 but I know they've extended the in-store window for picking it up in person, so you may want to reach out to customer service and see if they can help.
