How to get my rouge card

My Sephora said they don't get these that I have to order online but I can't find it. So what do I need to do.

Hi Winny641,

You can pick up your Rouge card at your local Sephora Store https://www.sephora.com/store-locations-events. A Cast Member will be able to link it to your email address. Currently the Rouge cards are not available through Sephora.com. Thanks!

Hi @winny641, I'm not sure if they send replacement cards, but you can still make purchases under your Rouge account for online purchases by logging into your account.  If buying in store, you can give them your phone number that is linked to your account or show them your card on the Sephora app on your phone.  I don't carry my card with me, I just show them my card (barcode) on the Sephora app or give them my phone number.  🙂  I hope this helps!
