I received a $50 gift card that was defective with only 14 numbers on it. I was told that I would have to take it into a store (which is no where near me) to use it. I’ve done some research and many customers have received these defective 14-digit gift cards, which is Sephora’s fault. They should issue a new gift card or store credit for this issue. Also, your customer service representatives are well aware of this issue and don’t care. I used to support Sephora, but this was ghetto.
