I feel your return policy is only beneficial to your store. I purchase items online because I live far from the actual store. I wanted to return an item right after purchasing the item. I was told; I had to cancel my entire purchase then re-purchase my other items. I returned the intend to the store, was unable to put back on my papal account, provided a store credit, and told I cannot use it online with Sephora. Wow, I am 63 years old and prevent from going to the mall due to panic attacks, so how do your company cater to a diverse population?
