How to file a complaint

Hello! I need to file a complaint against a beauty advisor. They are harassing me outside and I don’t feel comfortable going to their store manager as they are friends. I’d like an executive relations contact or someone out of the store who’s a 3rd party.

it was my birthday yesterday and i was happy for my gift from sephora the free one 

but the employee were extremely rude and said they dont have it they didn’t wanted to help not even talk to customers 

extremely rude behaviour busy talking to each other gossiping 

i will never visit this sephora location
