How to file a complain?

I would like to file a complain as I have requested to cancel my order before it had been shipped but it seemed that there is no way to cancel after placing the order. The address is not correct so I cannot receive the order. when I made the payment, I deleted this address and replaced by my correct address but for some reason the old address still there. If you can check from your end what I did in the system. I tried to cancel my order right away but cannot reach anyone as it was 11pm yesterday so I needed to wait until 9am tomorrow to cancel the oỏder. I tried my best to do what I could but the process in Sephora created a lot of problems for me honestly.
