How to add Sephora credit card to Sephora Android app?

Hi,

Recently I replaced my Sephora credit card with a new card and a new number. I've  registered the new card to allow online payment, and that works. However, I no longer can see the card listed right under Beauty Insider, either on web browsers or phone app, which I remembered there used to be a link that's rather handy to manage the card. Also I cannot view cash reward balance from the card and the bar code anymore. So I don't know how to use the cash reward if I do need to use it later on.  I'm using a Samsung (Android) phone.
