How possible is it to cancel or modify an order made a few hours ago on a Saturday? I would really appreciate it as it's a gift.

When adding the shipping address for a friend - it's a gift, my cart was emptied and I ended up picking and purchasing the wrong Armani fragrance set - I ordered an EDT instead of an EDP. As it's a gift, I'm unable to wait for it to arrive to return as it is being delivered directly to my friend with gift wrap and the rest of her gift. Wondering if it is at all possible to have someone provide support to modify the order - i.e. sub out the gift set I selected w the one I meant to - Acqua di Gioia Eau de Parfum Set.
