How on earth can you offer same day delivery when my order from 2 weeks ago says it wonโ€™t come until end of January???

Hi how is it appropriate to offer same day delivery right now when people have orders from weeks ago that are back logged??? I need my December 6th order before Christmas!!!!!!! Why did you choose to ship with Canada Post while they were on strike?? How does this make any sense?? Can you switch my order to pick up in store please? This is insane
