How often is the $100 Rouge Reward gift card in the Rewards Bazaar?

I don't get online often, so I'm wondering how often the $100 Rouge Gift Card is available in the bazaar?  I checked today (at 9am P.T, and keep refreshing page every 10 minutes) and a few weeks ago for it, and it isn't even available, not out of stock, just not in the rewards bazaar at all.  Is there another way to go about obtaining the reward? Does it just come to my email once I've reached 2500 pints? I have 2900 points that I've been waiting to use on the gift card.  Thanks!

Nevermind, I just got it :). It popped up in the rewards bazaar around 9:25am Pacific Time/12:25pm Central Time.
