How do I redeem scent certificate online

I’m trying to redeem my cologne voucher online but i’m not sure how to. I tried calling customer service and i got hung up on. sos!!

I'm sorry to hear this! You should be able to enter the code in the "Promotions" section at checkout. I believe it usually begins with: U-

Sometimes the number 1 can be mistaken for a capital letter 'I' in the code. If you previously entered the letter I but the code didn't work, please switch it out for the number 1 instead. I'll send you a message to follow up!
