Hi, @jenschaff!  At the top of this page to the right of "Sephora," is your avatar.  To the right of that, it says "Hi, (your name)."  Click on the downward pointing arrow and select Account (about halfway down).  You'll probably need to log in.  After that, on the left hand side, select Recent Orders.  Click on any order and it will show everything you purchased in that order.

So I have done all that but for some reason I can’t get past the past/recent orders button... no matter how many times I click it doesn’t do anything or go anywhere.

Always on my iPhone. It’s just weird because it has worked before, but for last few weeks it stopped

@juliewoutaJ, thank you for your response! Can you please let me know if the app on your iPhone is fully up-to-date? Have you tried restarting your device? Can you please also try checking if you're experiencing this issue on a desktop?

I don’t have a desktop, only my phone. And I have not tried the app, I always just use google

@juliewoutaJ, if you don't have a desktop and only use your mobile device, I recommend downloading our Sephora To Go app! You shouldn't experience any issues viewing your past purchases on the app. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused!
