How do I do a return by mail (I live in Canada)?

To return your item(s) by mail from Canada, please follow the directions below:

Step 1: Complete the Return Form on the packing slip

Fill out the form on the packing slip included in your original package. Include the Return Form with your item(s). Be sure to update any contact or shipping information if necessary. Return form is located at the bottom of the packing slip.

Step 2: Print your FREE Return Shipping Label

Download a printable, free, return label from our website and tape it to the front of your box.

Step 3: Ship your return

Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Sephora packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Attach the pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it using the Canada Postal Service (Canada Post). You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

Returns can be mailed to:

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items shipped to Sephora outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Return shipments can be tracked hereand we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

You are also welcome to return your items in store!
