How do I change the color iq default

My color iq is defaulted to the wrong match. Plese help me change this

Hi @ashlovexo + @gonerogue. At this time, you cannot modify your default colorIQ match. You can add additional colors. I apologize for this inconvenience.

I hope a change is in the works for this.  Since I’m not able to change my default because my color is already there from a past Color IQ, I’m not able to see foundations for that shade... at least through the app I can’t.

But my color iq is 1y09 and Ita defaulted to 1y10 and now everything is matching to that it won't let me add 1y09 again.

Go to your profile, click edit and just put in the correct color IQ for you.

Its already on my profile... But then in the summertime I was tanner. Now in baxk to my old color and since it's already on there it won't let me change it back.

I was having this same issue, the app wasn't allowing me to change my IQ.

I found a trick!

1. Use your desktop/laptop computer... When you go to your beauty profile click on whatever color iq is already there to see matches.

2. This brings you to matches to the wrong shade you need. There's a spot where you can type in a color iq (this is where I put my correct one in) and select to find matches.

3. The page should refresh ... Top right it shows the new match number, select save to profile underneath (even if it already is saved to your profile).

4. Go back to your beauty profile page and it should auto adjust to the new (old) shade.
