How do I change my birthday?

My birthday is November 29th and I was looking forward to receiving my gift but my account says that my birthday is May 29th? Can I get some help with changing it without calling? Thanks!

Hi my birthday is November 30th and it says it’s July 7 I called and they said they changed it but it’s been 2 weeks and it still hasn’t updated can you update it?
