How do I cancel my order?

Hello, I made an order earlier today but later realized that I had already been gives the product as a gift from somebody else. How can I cancel my order?

I'm sorry to hear this! Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel orders once they've been placed. Please feel free to exchange or return your order at your local Sephora store when you receive it. Thank you. 🙂
