How do I cancel an order on the sephora app

@tambam3 Eek you need to be super quick contacting customer service. Your credit card is charged immediately once you hit submit and your order is placed in cue to go to the warehouse. CS can only put a request into the warehouse to cancel, if it’s already being picked, you have to wait to return the items.

@tambam3 you could call customer service to cancel but once your order is placed they usually can’t cancel it. You would have to return it when you receive the item.
