How do I access my reviews

How (or can I) go and see any reviews I have previously left?

I ask because I got a sample through an incentivized program and part of it is leaving a review.

I have tried to leave reviews and waited and still haven't seen my review.

I uninstalled the app and did the review via the website, still couldn't see it

 I reinstalled the app and still can't see it

@TamiLeisa, my apologies! It looks like an error occurred with your review. We've corrected this, and you should be able to see the review on the site within 48 hours.

@TamiLeisa  I see your review posted on the product page. You may have to scroll back a bit or narrow it down with a keyword search.

How do I ensure that this isn't a continuous issue? And once resolved; is there a way I can check my reviews? As I have 2 more though top box besides this one I need to complete so I want to ensure 

1- my reviews won't have any issues and I can Write them

2: is there somewhere I can actually check on reviews left?
