How can i change shipping address?

Hello everyone!

I have placed an order on 08/18 and just after it was placed I found the shipping address was overwritten and it was my old address where i am not living now! I did contact one of the representative who said he would submit a form to help me cancel the order.

However, I received an email this afternoon said the order has been shipped!

I was wondering what is the exact status of my order? Cancelled or shipped? If it is shipped what can i do to correct the shipping address?

I'm sorry to hear this! Please know that cancellation requests do not guarantee an order can be cancelled. When we submit this request to our warehouse, you will receive a cancellation email if the warehouse is able to cancel the order. In the event that the warehouse is unable to cancel the order in its current status, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, and you may contact us for additional assistance.
